For your convenience, you may purchase a “Class Punch Card.” That is worth 10 classes for the price of 8! These cards are available to members and non-members for $32 and $48 respectively. We will keep the card and punch for every class you attend. You will not lose out if you miss a class.

  • All water exercise classes will meet at the Stoney Creek Inn pool, located right off Hwy 20, across from McDonalds.
  • Upon entering the hotel, tell the front desk that you will be attending the water exercise class and they will issue you a key. You will need the key to enter the pool. You must return the key at the end of the class.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for all water classes, as changing facilities are limited. We ask that you bring you own towel.
  • All other classes will meet in the Studio room located in the Midwest Health and Fitness Center.

Class Descriptions

Core n More: Work on the waistline and other important muscle groups including the legs, glutes, arms, chest, back, and shoulders. This class emphasizes the core region along with other areas of the body by improving muscular strength, muscular endurance, and bone density. We will use a variety of fitness equipment to get this workout done. If you are looking to tone up and lose inches, come and join us! 30 Min.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga specializes in helping everyday people learn the basics of yoga and meditation. The technique combines breathing with stretches and bodywork to release tension and to re-learn relaxation, thereby reducing pain and stress. The goal is to restore balance and inner peace. 45 Min.

Kickboxing
Jab, hook, and uppercut your way to toned upper body and lean legs. This class combines upper body boxing moves with lower body kicks, intervals, traveling patterns. This class is appropriate for all skill levels. 45 Min.

Pilates
The ultimate mind-body method to tone, streamline and realign your body. Emphasizes building core strength to improve posture, flexibility and balance. 60 Min.

Having a BallPOW 2
 This class is for those who have completed the POW Course and want to continue with more advanced boxing and footwork. 45 Min.

Power Yoga
A dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. Sculpt and tone the muscles of your body and your mind. 45 Min.

Step
This cardiovascular workout is performed using basic step patterns and emphasizes proper form and technique. This is a class that you can definitely take to your own level. Bring good, supportive shoes and dress comfortably. 45 Min.

Total Body Challenge (TBC)
We aim to strengthen each and every muscle in your body, using either your own body weight or rubberized tubing as resistance. Not only will you increase your muscular strength and endurance, but your balance and coordination will improve as well. Don’t let the name scare you; this class can be modified by the participant to increase or decrease the amount of intensity. 45 Min.

YogaTriple S: Strength, Stretch, Sweat
This class has something for everyone! A fun and challenging total body class that uses weights and stability balls to improve your strength, stability, & overall flexibility. Must have your own Swiss Ball.  60 Min.

Water Exercise
An energized class for all levels using the water as resistance. This low impact class allows one to exercise with reduced stress on the joints. This class will help you improve your stamina, strength and flexibility. 60 Min.

Yoga
If you are looking to decrease stress, improve balance and flexibility, and start your day off with a refreshing relaxation and meditation, then this class is for you. The class begins with warm-up of sun salutations and flows smoothly into a variety of yoga stretches and poses. 45 Min.
