General Information and Directions

Midwest Medical Center is focused on putting the needs of its patients and their families first.  We are a completely tobacco-free campus and facility.

Family members are encouraged to spend as much time as desired with their loved ones. Our spacious patient suites are designed to encourage quality time and comfort. On the patient floor, you will find a ‘family room’ for rest and relaxation during those times when the patient requires a break from visitors and for nurses attending to patient needs or physician visits. 

Location and Directions

Midwest Medical Center, Midwest Health Clinic, Midwest Medical Sleep Center, Midwest Medical Pain Management Clinic, and Midwest Health & Fitness Center are all located at One Medical Center Drive.

From the East Take US Route 20 west to Norris Lane. Turn left on Norris Lane to Medical Center Drive which is your first right. We are located approximately 3 miles from Main Street in downtown Galena.   From the West Continue on Highway 20 eastward from East Dubuque toward Galena, past the union of Highway 84 and Highway 20, and turn right onto Norris Lane.   From the North and South Use Route 84 until it merges in to Route 20. When traveling north, refer to the directions from the east. When traveling south, use the directions provided for those traveling west on Route 20. Get Directions from Mapquest
